Ah (A, a) is the first letter of the Cyrillic alphabet.
It came from the Greek alpha. A long time ago, it was called azǔ and stood for the number 1. It looks exactly the same as the Roman A.
All languages that use the Cyrillic alphabet say it as [ah].
