The American Family Association (AFA in short) is a Christian fundamentalist group United States. They are against homosexuality and same-sex marriage. They also have positions on a number of other issues. The group is located in Tupelo, Mississippi. It was founded in 1977 by Donald Wildmon.

The AFA has a history of activism by organizing its members in boycotts and letter-writing campaigns aimed at promoting socially conservative values in the United States.
