Bunshō (文正) was a Japanese era name (年号,, nengō,, lit. "year name") after Kanshō and before Ōnin. The period started in February 1466 and ended in March 1467. During this time, the emperor during this period was Go-Tsuchimikado-tennō (後土御門天皇).

  • 1466 (Bunshō 1): At Nara, Kinpusen-ji's Nio Gate (niomon) was built.
  • 1466 (Bunshō 1, 1st month): Ashikaga Yoshimi, brother of the Shogun, was promoted to the second rank of the second class in the Imperial court hierarchy.
