Clarendon is a rural locality in the Somerset Region, Queensland, Australia. In the 2016 census Clarendon had a population of 244 people.
History
Clarendon Post Office opened on 1 July 1927 (a receiving office had been open from 1873 under the names of Tarampa, Watson's and Clarendon) and closed in 1951.
Lake Clarendon State School opened in June 1902 and caters for students from Prep to Year six.
