Dryosaurus was a small plant-eating ornithopod dinosaur that lived in forests of western North America around 150 million years ago.
Its family, the Dryosauridae, were precursors (ancestors) of the Iguanodons, and lived from the Middle Jurassic to the Lower Cretaceous.
