El Alamein facts for kids
El Alamein is a town in Egypt. It is most famous for being the place where the British-led Allies won the Second Battle of El Alamein against the Nazis during World War II. The town also has a very important railroad station, which has been important to all of the battles that have happened in El Alamein.
