Etah is a municipality town of Uttar Pradesh, India. This town is also the district headquarters of Etah district of Uttar Pradesh state, India. The main occupation of the people of the district is agriculture. The town is situated between Ganga and Yamuna. This region has highly fertile alluvial soil.
