Gasherbrum I is a 8,080 metres (26,510 ft) mountain in the Karakoram range, in China and Pakistan. It is also known as K5 and Hidden Peak. It is the 11th highest mountain in the world. The first people to reach the top were Pete Schoening and Andy Kauffman in 1958.
