Description: "Fluffy clam chowder" starts as a home-made traditional New England or Boston clam chowder (milk or cream-based chowder made with milk, butter, potatoes, salt pork, onion, and clams). To make this clam chowder "fluffy", chunks of steamed lobster, grilled briefly in a sherry-butter sauce, are added as a topping. Oyster crackers are served on the side.
