Description: 583 Broadway (583-87) between Prince and Houston Streets in the SoHo neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City was built in 1896-97 and was designed by Cleverdon & Putzel. The building, the facade of which is constructed of Indiana limestone, brick and terra cotta, goes through to Mercer Street. It is located in the SoHo - Cast Iron Historic District.
