Description: A U.S. Navy LTV A-7E-7-CV Corsair II (BuNo 157530) of attack squadron VA-192 Golden Dragons in 1970/71. VA-192 was assigned to Attack Carrier Air Wing 11 (CVW-11) aboard the aircraft carrier USS Kitty Hawk (CVA-63) for a deployment to Vietnam from 6 November 1970 to 17 July 1971. The A-7E 157530 was shot down by flak over North Vietnam on 2 November 1972, still in service with VA-192. The pilot ejected safely and was recovered.
