Description: A 1963/4 Scout 80 Camper. My father and his college roommate got this Scout for free from International for the 1963/4 drive from Denver, CO to Patagonia, Chile down the Pan American Highway. In exchange for the camper, they were to provide International with photos from the trip to use for print advertising. The Scout was named 'Pato' and had the full camper features, including an external panel that stored cooking items. More pictures are available on TravelsWithMatilda.com. The vehicle was sold in Santiago, Chile and likely remains there, either scrapped or still driving.
