Description: Teneral male Emperor (Anax imperator) in the Ahlenmoor, a peatland in northern Lower Saxony, Germany. The dragonfly still clings to the Exuvie from which it has just escaped. The wings are already unfolded completely, are however hardened not yet, the Abdomen must still stretch itself on its final size, the drawing is not developed yet.
