Description: A version of the U.S. Army presidential flag (used from 1898-1916) on display at the Army Quartermaster Museum in Fort Lee, Virginia. This version dates from 1908 to 1912, as it has a 46th star added at the bottom. This is more accurately the presidential "color", a silk version with a fringed border used more for ceremonial purposes.
