Description: Avgolemono Soup and Grilled Chicken and Mango Salad I raided my pantry, and all I could come up with was an egg a lemon, and some chicken stock, so I made <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Avgolemono">Avgolemono soup</a>! :) I've never had it before, but my version tasted ok. I used a recipe from Family Circle Soups & Stews, similar to <a href="http://www.recipesource.com/ethnic/europe/greek/00/rec0005.html">this receipe</a>. I guess i should try it in a Greek restaurant, considering <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Melbourne#Population_history">Melbourne has the largest Greek population outside of Greece</a>! i also happened upon <a href="/photos/cknlomein/167634054/">cknlomein's takeaway avgolemono soup</a> when i had a look at <a href="/photos/tags/avgolemono">photos tagged with avgolemono</a>! :P
