Description: The sketch is of Axelson Cove and Axelson Point. Axelson Point is located in Navarre, Florida. It is the site of the first exploration of the area in the 1600s and the first homestead (established 1850) in what would become Navarre. The sketch itself is taken from F.F. Bingham's Log of the Peep o' Day, written as a diary/journal between 1912 and 1915.
