Description: Senior ranks of the Training Company of the Royal Bermuda Regiment gather at the parade ground of Warwick Camp. The Warrant Officer, Second Class (WO2) in the khaki shirt is a member of the Royal Bermuda Regiment's permanent staff (the only personnel issued Service Dress uniforms), whereas the other men are all part-timers. The Warrant Officer is a Permanent Staff Instructor (PSI), and his beret indicates that he is on secondment from the Royal Anglian Regiment, which fulfills a paternal role to the Royal Bermuda Regiment akin to its relationship with its own Territorial Army battalions, providing a PSI to each of the Royal Bermuda Regiment's companies, and seconding other officers and NCOs as needed. Royal Anglians on long term attachment to the Royal Bermuda Regiment wear the Royal Bermuda Regiment cap badge on the Royal Anglian Regiment's beret.
