ADN-ZB-Sindermann-16.3.90 Wismar: Für eine neue deutsche Verfassung, die auf dem bewerten Grundgesetz der BRD aufbaue, hat sich der Ehrenvorsitzende der SPD beider deutschen Staaten, Willy Brandt, ausgesprochen. Auf einer Kundgebung in Wismar, mit der die SPD den Endspurt ihres Wahlkampfes im Norden der DDR einleitete, sprach er vor rund 30 000 Besuchern.
