Description: The 1902 CJ Harris Building, the oldest building on Main, Mill & Spring Streets, as well as one of the oldest buildings, if not the oldest building in downtown, is being neglected. It needs help. This picture shows only a fraction of the deterioration the building is experiencing both inside and out. Something needs to be done or it shall be condemned and demolished like the historic (1928) bank across the street, which is in the process of planning to move out and rebuild.
