Description: A carrot cake.

David Benbennick took the picture on Tuesday, May 3, 2005, at 19:02 local time (18:02 UTC). I made the cake about two hours earlier from the "Carrot Cake with Maple Butter Frosting" recipe on page 180 of Desserts (see References). I left out the walnuts, and used a bit over a cup of raisins to compensate. I only used two cups of sugar in the frosting.
