Description: The Cayuga County Court House at 152 Genesee Street in Auburn New York was built in 1835–1836 and was designed by John I. Hagaman in the Greek Revival style. It was rebuilt and expanded in 1922–1924 after a fire destroyed everything but the front and side walls of the original building. The rebuilt courthouse was designed by Carl Tallman and Samuel Hillger, in the Neoclassical style. (Source: [1])
