Description: Picture of the David Littell House located at 2039 Frankfort Road (Pennsylvania Route 18) near Harshaville, Pennsylvania, on April 17, 2010. The house was built in 1851, and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Architects: Hayward & Cain. Architectural style: Vernacular Greek Revival. A sign by the road in front of the house says the following: "David Littell House - Built 1851 on 1796 land grant called Chestnut Flats. Fourth house on this site. Tannery was operated here 1819-1860. Littells were among first settlers in area. Significant example 19th century architecture. Named to National Historic Register 1986. Beaver County Historical Research and Landmarks Foundation".
