Description: One face of an octahedral uncut (rough) diamond, including scale. Note the trigons on the diamond surface. The diamond is 0.9 carats, white (approximately GIA 'E' grade), with no significant internal inclusions. Taken on a Leitz Laborlux 12 Pol polarizing transmitted light microscope, using a Diagnostic Instruments Inc. SPOT Insight 2MP Color Mosaic digital camera.
