Inscription: Sacred to the memory of RICHARD JEBB for nearly sixteen years one of the Juges of the Court of King's Bench in Ireland: A man whose generous simplicity of heart, whose depth and soundness of understanding, and whose unswerving integrity of purpose and of act, were manifested in the course of a learned, laborious, and pious life. In the practice of every social virtue, in the diligent administration of his country's laws. And in the consistent profession of that pure faith. Under the influence of which he lived and died.
