Description: The Embassy of Cape Verde, located at 3415 Massachusetts Avenue, N.W., in the Massachusetts Heights neighborhood of Washington, D.C. Built in 1912 to the designs of local architect Arthur B. Heaton, the Neo-Renaissance embassy is historically known as the Babcock-Macomb House. The building was listed on the District of Columbia Inventory of Historic Sites in 1989, as well as the National Register of Historic Places in 1995.
