Description: Great Western Railway's fleet of class 153 single-car units will soon be transferred away to other operators as larger trains are moved westwards as a result of electrification in the London area. Some, such as 153377 seen here at Exeter Depot, have been repainted in GWR's current green colour scheme but they have not been modified internally to comply with mobility regulations that come into force in a few years time.
