Description: The Royal Navy during the Second World War Framed by the rigging of a Fairey Albacore's wings the TIRPITZ can just be seen taking avoiding action before attack by Fairey Albacores of 832 and 817 Squadron from the aircraft carrier VICTORIOUS off the coast of Norway. The attack obtained no hits on the German battleship and two aircraft were lost.
