At first glance, this gold exhibits leaf like qualities, but closer scrutiny determines that ALL the surfaces are made mostly by distorted cubes growing one upon another en echelon along spinel twins tha tru nthe length of each leaf! There is even one area where hopper growth octahedrons are visible. This allows for displaying in every direction. Closeup photos of this specimen will reveal crystallization patterns that will mesmerize the owner...it is another very special miniature!
