Description: The church has some 13th century work, but was mainly rebuilt in 1850 and 1869 at the expense of Charles Tennyson Turner, brother of Alfred Lord Tennyson. There is a western tower nave with north aisle, chancel, vestry, and south porch. The four stage tower is from the 19th century, and has an octagonal stair tower to the side. Some 13th century material was reused in the windows of the tower. A spire was erected in 1796, but was demolished in 1957. A 13th century window was also reused in vestry. The rest of the church and fittings are from the 19th century. The chancel has a Minton tiled floor. There is a 14th century small octagonal font set on a later plinth. The east window is by Clayton and Bell. There is a small organ.
