Description: The Rivulet Mill Complex was established in 1814 by Richard Sayles of Rhode Island who had relocated to North Uxbridge, MA to establishe a water powered textile mill. The historic Blackstone River National Heritage Corridor is part of the National Park Service. The Rivulet Mill Complex is on the National Register of Historic places.
