Description: The Impossible Burger is a plant-based vegan burger created by Impossible Foods. On 2016-11-06, free small burgers were given out for promotional purposes [1]. This was one of them. I thought it tasted pretty good. In my opinion, it has more umami than real meat; however, the consistency is somewhat different from real meat --- the Impossible Burger seemed to have a crispy crust on the outside and is softer on the inside.
