Description: Historical marker in front of the NRHP-listed Henry Smith Farmstead, now know as the John Gardiner Farm at 900 Park Avenue (Suffolk CR 35), at the corner of Little Plains Road in Huntington Station, New York, although it's actually closer to Greenlawn, New York. The marker calls it the "J. Gardiner Farm," was erected in 2006 by the Town of Huntington Historical Society, and has slightly more detail than the Wikipedia article, although I'm sure somebody there might use it to expand that article.
