Description: Kya Rosa building, an imposing late-Victorian villa beside the entrance to the Hatfield campus of the University of Pretoria. In 1908 the University's first students attended classes in it,[1] when it was still located downtown. In 1980 the university decided to save it from neglect by moving it to the main campus, and it was inaugurated at the new location on 25 Oct 1985. Recently it houses the TuksAlumni Office.[2]
