Description: The north building of the Manhattan Detention Complex ("The Tombs") at 100 Baxter Street, also facing White and Centre Streets, in the Civic Center district of Manhattan, New York City was built in 1989 and was designed by Urbahn Assocs. and Litchfield-Grosfeld Assocs.
