Description: Depiction in the Durán Codex of the arrival of an embassy from Huejotzingo to Mexico to ask emperor Moctezuma II for help against the Tlaxcalans after a series of defeats resulted in the nation being put under siege. Moctezuma II is seen at the left, while the embassy is at the right. The depicted event took place somewhere around 1504 or 1505.
