Description: Contribution of the Mongolian people to defeat of fascism in 1941-1945 The image shows the monument to the Soviet "Revolutionary Mongolia" tank brigade, a brigade financed by the Mongolian people. The monument is now located at the foot of the Zaisan hill, having been moved there in 2003 from an intersection further north. The cities on the map to the left of the tank are Moscow (in 1943) and Berlin (in 1945). The inscription before the front of the tank reads "The Revolutionary Mongolia tank brigade, which was founded with the contributions from the Mongolian people, took part in the war against Hitler Germany".
