Description: The grade II listed Nailer's Cottage, 497 Ridgacre Road West, Quinton, Birmingham. Timber framed, probably 17th century in origin but much altered. Has good claim to be the oldest dwelling in Quinton. An outhouse to the rear not viewable from the street was likely the nailer's workshop.
