Description: Naturalization record of Ephraim Bernstein (a.k.a. Beys Afroyim), who became the subject of a landmark 1967 U.S. Supreme Court decision on citizenship law, Afroyim v. Rusk. Two separate pages combined by me (Richwales) into a single image using GIMP. A small portion of the right-hand edge of the second page is unavailable because it was overlaid in the photocopy by a 1961 letter stating that Afroyim's citizenship had been revoked.
