Description: Former location of the Sears, Roebuck and Company Department Store located at 4500 Wisconsin Avenue, NW in the Tenleytown neighborhood of Washington, D.C. The Moderne building, now occupied by Best Buy and other retailers, was designed by John Stokes Redden and John G. Raben in 1941. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on February 16, 1996.
