Description: Oregon City in 1867, showing Willamette Falls and flour mills: A sternwheeler is shown in the boat basin above the falls, and another sternwheeler is visible at the landing below the falls. This is one of a set of prints taken in 1867. Watkin's negatives for this set was "sold" to J.J. Cook and I.W. Taber (thus constituting publication) when he was mired in financial troubles.[1][2]
