Description: The Parker House, Orland, Indiana, was owned by John G. Parker and his wife Elmira J. Parker, daughter of Michigan Governor Cyrus Gray Luce. It was also used as an Underground Railroad stop.[1] Today it is known to people in Orland as the Ernsberger house, after Henry and Helen Ernsberger, who lived in the house for almost fifty years.
