Description: The building which houses the Peridance Capezio Dance Center at 128 East 13th Street, between 3rd and 4th Avenues in the East Village neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City, was originally the Van Tassel & Kearney Horse Auction Stable, built in 1889 and designed by David and John Jardine. It was designated a New York City landmark on May 15, 2012.
