Description: Memorial tablet to George Perry (1719 - 3rd February 1771). Perry was born in Somerset and having worked in the Coalbrookdale iron foundry, moved to Liverpool to set up his own works. He married Lydia Ann Lacroy (also commemorated), who gave her name to Lydia Ann Street in the Ropewalks area of Liverpool.
