Description: New bridges for Interstate 81 and New York State Route 17 (future Interstate 86) under construction over the Chenango River in Binghamton, New York. This construction is part of the Prospect Mountain project being undertaken by the New York State Department of Transportation. The project, started in 2011, is expected to be complete by 2019.
