Description: Grand Canyon Depot — of the present day Grand Canyon Railway. Located in Grand Canyon Village at the South Rim of the Grand Canyon, in Grand Canyon National Park. The log station was constructed in 1909-10 for the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway, and is within 330 feet (100 m) of the canyon rim opposite the El Tovar Hotel, both built by the railroad before the park was created.
