Description: The First Universalist Church in Rochester. Construction began on 15 September 1907, with a dedication week in October 1908. The architect was Rochester's Claude Fayette Bragdon. The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places on 27 May 1971. Westbound New York State Route 31 runs south to north (right to left) along South Clinton Avenue in front of the church. (Eastbound Route 31 runs along a different street in this area.)
