Description: The "Defensive System B" (also called the "Def B" for short) was one of a series of electronic warfare suites for the SR-71. This system was designed to detect the radar signals from Surface to Air Missiles (SAM) and broadcast radar energy on the same frequency to confuse their guidance systems.
