Description: Sudbury Aqueduct Waste Weir A. This is a weir and control house located in northern Sherborn, Massachusetts. The control house contains equipment for diverting water from the Sudbury Aqueduct (which crosses over on the weir) into Course Brook below. The aqueduct was constructed 1875-1878 and now forms part of the the backup water supply systems for much of eastern Massachusetts.
