Description: St Andrew's church - east window. Arms of Soame Jenyns (1704-1787) of Bottisham Hall, MP. Argent, on a fess gules three bezants (Jenyns) impaling Gules, a chevron between three mallets or (Soame). His first wife was Mary Soame, only daughter of Col. Soame of Dereham, Norfolk. A life-size alabaster statue commemorates Hon Col Edmund Soames > 1637067 who fought for William III and died in 1706 > 1637070.
