Description: Preparation process of Cashew Feni documented by independent editor, legal counsel and film-maker Gajanan Khergamker. The mini-distillery depicted in the image belongs to the Kundaykar family in Arambol, north Goa. This has been undertaken to preserve and popularise the dying tradition of Feni-making which is an integral part of Goan culture.
